Crystal Lotus at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel

Crystal Lotus is one of the fine dining options at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, specializing in cuisine from the four major culinary regions of China (Sichuan, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong). Many of the dishes from Crystal Lotus have won prestigious culinary awards. We had seen photos of the adorable Signature Disney Dim Sum before our trip and knew this was the one place we really wanted to visit on our trip!

Kevin and I each ordered tea, and we had no idea we were each getting an entire pot instead of just a cup. The tea was delicious and we loved all the little details on the tray.

Signature Disney Dim Sum

These dim sum are made to order and you are required to order ahead of time. They are available on weekends and public holidays for lunch when you order at least 24 hours in advance and available Monday through Friday for lunch when you order at least 48 hours in advance. We reserved our lunch reservation and placed our order through email a few weeks prior by using the contact page directly on HKDL’s website. We received a response a few days later and we were directed to the team at Crystal Lotus to finalize details.

Daisy was coconut flavored, Piglet was strawberry, and the green alien was matcha! The cutest ending to the cutest lunch we’ve ever had.

We highly recommend Crystal Lotus if you’re visiting Hong Kong Disneyland! We were staying at the Disney Explorers Lodge, and it was just about a ten minute walk over to Crystal Lotus at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. There’s also a bus that runs to each hotel and to the park. The entire experience took almost two hours, as they slowly brought out each plate (but we enjoyed this so we were able to take photos of everything without being rushed). Each plate of Dim Sum was about $10-12 USD, which we thought was well worth it. We had found prices online before we placed our order so were well aware exactly how much we would be spending. The Dim Sum was delicious and adorable and we really loved our experience here!
